BIRTHFIT Postpartum series is for all moms, but especially suited for moms that have given birth in the last 12 months. This is a series of 8 classes over 4 weeks.
You will learn diaphragmatic breathing, how to create intra-abdominal pressure, to properly and consciously re-establish functional movement patterns that translate to daily movements.
You will learn to heal emotionally from both the highs and lows of labor and delivery and any associated trauma, to nourish your mind, body, and soul with nutrient dense foods, positive thoughts, and supportive environments that lift up you and your choices.
Non-mobile babies are welcome. Childcare available on site.
This 4-week series combines Birthfit Breath & Flow and a support circle to join women in this powerful and often overwhelming time in their lives. The class starts with 45 minutes of mindful flow and movement and is followed by 45 minutes of gathering to discuss all that can come up as a mother. This circle is aimed at providing you with a community who can support each other and develop lasting bonds in this journey of motherhood. Each week of the series will cover a different topic. The movement will focus on breathwork, reconnecting with the core, igniting the posterior chain, and learning safe yet effective movements for the postpartum period.
Cards purchased are for Tula Movement Arts and are good for one year of prenatal/postpartum classes.
In this four week series, you'll establish a functional foundation of movements to carry you through your Motherhood Transition.
Working with a BIRTHFIT Coach and connecting with other pregnant women, you'll create intentional movement practices, enhance the three metabolic pathways, and prepare - both physically and non-physically - for your upcoming labor, birth, and postpartum period.
No matter what your previous fitness level or what your birth plan is, join us to move with intention, cultivate stability in your changing body, and prepare for what's to come!

BIRTHFIT Fitness is for all women particularly those in the Motherhood Transition. We start each class with breathwork and then progress to movement. After our hour of breath and movement we have an optional women’s circle where we discuss the highs and lows of this journey.
Drop in classes are $10.
Monthly unlimited enrollment is $60 (8-9 classes per month).

This is a birth education series that meets over four weeks. We cover birth education and preparation as well as functional movement and mobility. We want you fully empowered, fully educated, and fully confident in your body and your baby and the journey you are embarking on.
You’ll discover your own birth desires, make a postpartum super mom plan, and move naturally. You and your partner will role play various labor and delivery scenarios, learn movement and comfort techniques that will work for you as a pair during labor, and integrate your favorite relaxation tools into your pregnancy training.
We will dive into the four pillars of being Birthfit: Fitness, Nutrition, Connection, and Mindset.
Any stage of pregnancy welcome!
Registration is open and space is limited to 5 couples!
(Price is per expecting mom. Multiple support people are welcome to attend per mom.)
