Moms, you give so much of yourself to your children and your families. This is an opportunity to take care of yourself.
Our BIRTHFIT Postpartum series is for all moms, but especially suited for moms that have given birth in the last 12 months. This is a series of 8 classes over 4 weeks.
You will learn diaphragmatic breathing, how to create intra-abdominal pressure, to properly and consciously re-establish functional movement patterns that translate to daily movements. These movements will help you reconnect with your core, heal pelvic floor dysfunction, and regain strength in your whole body.
You will learn to heal emotionally from both the highs and lows of labor and delivery and any associated trauma, to nourish your mind, body, and soul with nutrient dense foods, positive thoughts, and supportive environments that lift up you and your choices.
Non-mobile babies are welcome. Childcare available on site.
This is an 8 class series and must be taken together.
